Rashid and al-Maliki affirm support for the "ambitious" ministerial program of the Sudanese government

Shafaq News/ The President of the Republic, Abd al-Latif Jamal Rashid, and the head of the State of Law Coalition, Nuri al-Maliki stressed today, Saturday, the need to support the efforts of the Sudanese government in implementing its "ambitious" ministerial programme, while the President of the Republic stressed the need to accelerate work on projects necessary to provide services to citizens.
The media office of the President of the Republic said in a statement received by Shafaq News agency, "The President of the Republic, Abd al-Latif Jamal Rashid, met today, Saturday, with the former Prime Minister and head of the State of Law Coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, and the meeting discussed the general situation at the national level and its political, security and economic developments. Establishing security and stability in the country and strengthening national unity to overcome challenges and resolve outstanding issues in a way that achieves the supreme interest of the country and citizens.
The statement added, "The importance of supporting the government's efforts in implementing its ambitious ministerial program was emphasized, especially those directly related to living and service needs and requirements, and the development of basic infrastructure."
In this context, the President of the Republic stressed "the need to accelerate the pace of work to complete the projects necessary to provide services to citizens." The President of the Republic also talked about "the field visits he made to a number of governorates to see their conditions," referring to "the needs of their people, and the importance of developing performance." in all provinces.
