    Al-Sudani delivered a speech in which he spoke about the democratic experience in Iraq, and the Iraqi people’s determination to face all the challenges that stand in the way of this march, in which he said: “Iraq has long experiences of struggles in which our people made sacrifices in order to obtain their freedom, after being isolated by the dictatorship for years behind them.” bars of oppression and oppression.
    He added, "Our government, since voting on it months ago, has set many priorities, perhaps foremost among them is the issue of consolidating democracy in political and social life."
    Al-Sudani continued, "The political differences did not affect the government in providing care to all Iraqis," noting that "the constitution affirms pluralism, which is the ceiling under which we meet and resort to it, and this represents the basis of democratic action in countries that adopt democracy as a political and social concept."
    He referred to "a set of administrative reforms and decisive initiatives to combat corruption and improve public services that guarantee citizens a decent life."
    Al-Sudani said, "Restoring the citizen's confidence and urging him to continue his role in completing the formulation of the democratic system is a national task that lies at the core of our priorities."
    He announced, "His government has taken several measures to develop the energy sector and invest in the gas associated with oil extraction, in order to stop the losses of this important wealth for future generations, and to obtain an important source for operating power plants and reducing environmental pollution."
