{Politics: Al-Furat News} The Federal Supreme Court ruled that the legal text that authorizes delegation should enjoy the same legal rank as the text prescribed for jurisdiction, or higher than it in legal rank.
A statement to the court's media, a copy of which {Euphrates News} received, stated that it "ruled, according to the ruling issued by it No. (235 / Federal / 2022), that the Diwani Order No. (469) for the year 2022 is not formally valid, because it was issued with the signature of the head of the legal department and the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Without the presence of a legal text that includes the permissibility of delegating the authority or signature to the head of the legal department.
