    Al-Maalouma / Baghdad ..
The parliamentary legal committee accused on Tuesday the federal government of granting the Kurdistan region the right to violate the constitution and override all federal legal powers, indicating that the regional government received about 108 trillion dinars from 2003 until now.
The committee member Hussein al-Oqabi said in a statement to the information that "successive and current governments have given the Kurdistan region preference in the country has allowed them to violate all laws and even to overtake the Constitution under the pretext of partisan interests."
Al-Oqabi added that "dozens of constitutional violations of the province recorded in previous years without any objection or punishment from Baghdad, especially the occupation of disputed areas and clashing with Iraqi forces in the past period and refraining from handing over airports and federal border ports."
He explained that "the government of the region received about 108 trillion dinars from the federal budgets since 2003 and until now without adherence to the provisions of the budget for the region's obligations in Baghdad." Ended / 25 KD
