Jubouri: Constitution stipulates that the legislative power of the House of Representatives and the Union

BAGHDAD / Source News / .. A member of the House of Representatives Salah al-Jubouri, Wednesday, that the constitution stipulates that the legislative branch consisting of the House of Representatives and the Federation Council, noting that Parliament has so far not discussed the paragraphs of the draft law to see how it changes. Jubouri said in a statement to the Agency / Source News /, that "under the Constitution stipulates that the legislative branch consisting of the House of Representatives and the Federation Council, and on this basis has been the law of the Federation Council for first reading in parliament," he said, adding that "so far no debate on the vertebrae this law to know the extent of the amendments that will be held on the paragraphs of the draft law. He added that "the draft, which offered that elected this council by the people, and all the province one constituency, but perhaps there will be some amendments to it," noting that "all the political blocs have no objection to the law and will be presented for the second reading after the feast." It is noted that the House of Representatives in session began last Monday September 22, corresponding to the first reading of the draft law to the Council of the Federation.
