    The leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Faeq Yazidi, commented today, Wednesday, about the news that talked about the intention of the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, to appoint agents in the Democratic Party as ministers in the region to attend the meetings of the Kurdistan Council of Ministers, instead of the ministers of the Patriotic Union boycotting the sessions.
    Yazidi said to (Baghdad Today), that "it is not unlikely that the outgoing Prime Minister of Kurdistan, Masrour Barzani, would take this step that confirms what we were going for, in addition to proving the excuse for the union and the deputy prime minister, Qubad Talabani, that Barzani is a unilateral, authoritarian, practicing dictatorship." and political terrorism in the administration of the region.
    He added, "The regional government has expired and lacks legitimacy, and what is issued by it lacks credibility," stressing that "the regional government has practiced economic terrorism against the citizens of Kurdistan, specifically Sulaymaniyah."
    Yazidi pointed out, "This decision carries a kind of tyranny and political chauvinism, and this matter gives the National Union the right to boycott the regional government, as it proves that the Democratic Party wants to fragment the Kurdistan region," pointing out that "the government of Masrour Barzani has brought woes to the people of the region."
    Yesterday, Tuesday, a source from the Kurdistan Democratic Party revealed that the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, directed to assign the deputy ministers "boycotting the region's cabinet" to attend the council's sessions instead of the boycotting ministers who belong to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan .
    The source told (Baghdad Today), that "the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, will assign undersecretaries to attend cabinet meetings every Wednesday, instead of the Patriotic Union ministers boycotting cabinet sessions since last October."
    He explained that "most of the deputy ministers belong to the Kurdistan Democratic Party, that is, from the ruling party of the regional government."
    He pointed out that "in 2015, when problems occurred between the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Change Movement, all ministers of change were expelled and banned by Masoud Barzani, including the former Speaker of Parliament, who was prevented from entering Erbil and presiding over parliament sessions, and the ministries were managed by agents or those in their position."
