Today, Saturday, the Minister of Justice, Khaled Shwani, approved the adoption of the (ICass) system, validating the issuance of agencies organized outside Iraq, for the purpose of shortening the time and accuracy in ensuring the validity of their issuance in order to simplify procedures for citizens.
And the Minister of Justice confirmed, in a statement, that “within the framework of implementing the government curriculum and with the aim of simplifying procedures and providing justice services to citizens in a smooth manner as soon as possible, the recommendations of the joint committee formed by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Justice regarding the adoption of the (ICass) system in order to organize all agencies that It is issued by consulates and diplomatic missions abroad.
He pointed out that "approving the issuance of this system will contribute effectively to reducing the phenomenon of manipulation and forgery of agencies, and preserving the property of the Iraqi community abroad."
He added, "This step comes within the Ministry of Justice's steps to adopt electronic automation in all justice departments in the ministry and their formations, according to the ministerial program."
