    The Minister of Justice, Dr. Khaled Shwani, announced today, Tuesday, that the Council of Ministers decided to honor the players of the national team and the administrative and training staff with plots of residential land and diplomatic passports, and to provide financial grants to the families of the deceased in the stampede accidents in the 25th Gulf Final, and to walk on the Dhi Qar-Basra road.
    The Minister of Justice said in the cabinet's weekly press conference, "The cabinet decided to honor the national team players and the administrative and training staff with plots of residential land and diplomatic passports," pointing out that "the honor includes a residential plot of 200 square meters in the capital, Baghdad."
    He added, "The Council of Ministers agreed to grant 10 million dinars to the families of the deceased in the stampede accident in the Gulf Final 25 and the traffic accident on the Dhi Qar-Basra road, while it agreed to ratify the agreement to encourage and protect investment between Iraq and the UAE," noting that "the council also allocated one billion Dinars for the Ministry of the Interior to establish crossings on the border road.
