    The Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani, welcomed the signing of the joint declaration of intent to be concluded between the Iraqi and British Ministries of Interior, while stressing the importance of cooperation with London in combating cross-border crimes.
    The media office of the Prime Minister said in a statement received by Al-Zawra: “Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani received British Minister of State for Security Affairs Tom Tugendhat and his accompanying delegation. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, and ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in all aspects.” The Prime Minister praised, according to the statement, the UK's support for Iraq and standing with it in the war against the terrorist organization ISIS, stressing the importance of cooperation with the British side in combating crimes.
