The local government of Babylon revealed that there are more than nine thousand contracts in the state's general budget allocated to the province.
The assistant governor for administrative affairs, Raad John Al-Makhzoumi, said in a statement to “Al-Sabah”: The local government instructed to send books to all departments transferred with authority to diagnose their needs and the number of required specializations, indicating that the Ministry of Finance allocated 150,000 job degrees for the country, distributed according to population density, of which Babylon’s share was. Nine thousands.
He pointed out that the electronic form is ready as soon as the needs of the departments and the instructions of the Ministry of Finance in this regard are received, explaining that the local government has experience in the field of appointments as it dealt with the 1,000 appointments for the year 2019 with transparency and clarity.
Al-Makhzoumi indicated that the aforementioned grades will contract with Babil Governorate for a period of three years, with a monthly salary of 300,000 dinars, noting that the instructions of the Ministry of Finance set the percentage of appointments at 75 percent for holders of diploma and bachelor’s degrees, and 25 percent for holders of a preparatory certificate or less.
He added that the share of the martyrs' families will be 15 percent and ten percent for the victims of terrorism and the martyrs of the popular crowd, five percent for people with special needs, and two percent for religious minorities, in addition to years of graduation, marriage, children and the average, while work will be according to needs and according to the instructions of the Ministry of Finance in this regard.
