Experts confirmed that the Ministry of Water Resources is talking about a possible flood year due to good indicators for the upcoming rainy season, which will come after 4 consecutive years of drought, indicating that there are fears of wasting this water without being able to store it, at a time when Iraq’s water reserves have declined to unprecedented levels.
