Today, Tuesday (October 17, 2023), Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani received an official invitation to participate in an emergency summit to be held in Cairo.
According to a statement provided by Al-Sudani’s office and received by “Baghdad Al-Youm,” “The Prime Minister received an official invitation from the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, to participate in an emergency summit to be held in Cairo, which includes a group of Arab and regional leaders.”
The statement continued, "The emergency summit comes to discuss the dangerous conditions taking place in the Gaza Strip and the attacks against our Palestinian people."
