Shafaq News/ The exchange rates of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar increased today, Monday, in Baghdad markets, while they decreased slightly in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.
Shafaq News Agency correspondent said that dollar prices rose with the opening of the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges to record 161,550 dinars, while yesterday, Sunday, prices were 161,300 dinars for every 100 dollars.
Our correspondent indicated that the selling prices in the exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad rose, as the selling price reached 162,500 dinars, while the purchasing price reached 160,500 dinars for every 100 dollars.
As for Erbil, the dollar recorded a slight decline, as the selling price in banking shops reached 161,250 dinars, and the purchase price was 161,150 dinars for 100 dollars.
