Reform calls for an emergency session of the Council of Ministers on the budget
BAGHDAD / integrity newspaper - called a member of the Reform Movement, Tawfiq al-Kaabi, to an emergency session of the Council of Ministers, to vote to send the budget to the House of Representatives for approval in the 14 session of the month.
Kaabi said that "the Council of Ministers to convene in an emergency session to approve the budget and send it to the House of Representatives, because the Parliament is ready to be read and approved at the time required, and at the next meeting which will be held in 14 of the month."
He pointed out that "the House of Representatives refused to approve the budget and gave it back to the Council of Ministers; because of the numbers that have been developed in the budget and that are contrary to what exists of exports and expenses, because they are prepared within the conditions of the past seven months, which include exports of Kirkuk and exports of the Kurdistan region, which were still outside the budget Federal and exports, as well as the expenses of interior and defense. "
The head of the parliamentary finance committee temporary Magda al-Tamimi, confirmed earlier, that "the House of Representatives will present the general budget bill for the first reading, if they come from the government."
She said that "the parliamentary committee handed the Minister of Finance Agency Mohammed Xiaa Sudanese group reports and proposals for amendments to be included in the general budget of 2014, for ratification and forwarded to the Parliament." اFinished 4
