    BAGHDAD - A Journal
     MP for the National Reform Movement honest we hinted, that the reforms and the changes carried out by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi change ministers and officials in the government needs to amend the constitution and the electoral law, pointing out that the amendment should be the President of the Republic commissioned head of the largest bloc in parliament to give him one month to form a government new.
     He said we hinted's (Il Giornale) "on Abadi be firm in the new reforms, calling on all ministers to send their resignations to the Abadi to be his command in the removal of the corrupt."
     And that "Abadi reforms need to modify the constitution, the electoral law, pointing out that the amendment be on the President to instruct the head of the largest bloc in the government to form a new government within 30 days."
     He continued that "some ministers and politicians are working to support their parties and political tendencies through government positions, pointing out that most of the provinces has not seen any improvement through government institutions."
