He added: “Work has begun on issuing unified cards and completing them completely for the citizen within a maximum period of two to three days, after which the citizen receives the complete card, after the issuance period previously reached more than three months.”
Al-Alusi pointed out that: “The Civil Status Departments are working diligently to complete citizens’ transactions and reduce their suffering and complaints after intensifying and doubling the work,” adding, “We decided, from a humanitarian perspective, to exclude the elderly and the sick from the table, by facilitating their affairs and smoothing their transactions until If the dates of their reviews are not within the days scheduled for their regions according to the schedule that was established according to specific sequences.”
He added: “We are continuing to work according to the systematic schedule and the specified dates. Calculate the days and regions to receive citizens in a smooth manner and without any delays, to avoid obstructing work,” he explained, explaining that: “The purpose of setting the schedule is to reduce the momentum that occurs after scheduling the citizens’ reviews by region.”
