[size=45]The first center for the treatment of forced drug addicts was opened in the city of Kut on Sunday. The new center includes sleeping halls, dining halls, and a gym, in addition to other facilities that provide comfort for inmates.[/size]
[size=45]Rahim Ali Khalaf - Director of the Narcotics Directorate in Wasit, told the 964 network:[/size]
[size=45]The Wasit Narcotics Directorate opened a rehabilitation center for drug users in accordance with Article 32, consisting of 4 halls to hold detainees in accordance with the aforementioned article. It also contains a gym and an integrated medical staff.[/size]
[size=45]Hamid Nahiwi Naif - Deputy Director General of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances:[/size]
[size=45]The rehabilitation center is a specialized forced clinic, the first of its kind in the central and southern regions, and it is one of 16 forced clinics operated by the Ministry.[/size]
[size=45]This center contains all the amenities and we hope that it will contribute to improving the condition of drug users and their transition to recovery from this dangerous scourge.[/size]
