Mawazine News - Baghdad,
member of the Services and Reconstruction Committee, Mahma Khalil, confirmed that the current government has a real desire to advance the service situation, unlike its predecessors.
Khalil told Mawazine News, “The financial budgets of the Iraqi state from 2003 until the government of Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani are ‘flawed and have holes’ and their proper use has not been known.”
He added, "The security aspect in Iraq has a negative impact on the foreign investor."
Khalil pointed out, “The housing sector is the most service sector for the Iraqi citizen, as Iraq needs from 3 to 5 million housing units to solve its housing crisis.”
