[rtl]Ether showed the best growth this week amid rumors that US regulators' control over the blockchain system underpinning the second-largest digital asset may be weakening.[/rtl]
[rtl]The value of the digital currency rose by 3.6%, after which it decreased slightly and reached $3,562 as of 12:53 Singapore time. This growth has pushed market leader Bitcoin and a group of smaller competing currencies up slightly.[/rtl]
[rtl]Ether is a currency that uses the Ethereum blockchain, the most important network of financial services based on cryptocurrencies. An SEC investigation into the Ethereum Foundation revealed uncertainty about whether Ethereum is an unregistered security, which could reduce demand for the digital asset.[/rtl]
