Yesterday, Monday, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faeq Zidane, discussed with the Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations for Legal Affairs, Stephen Matthews, issues related to the work of the investigation team (UNITAD).
A statement by the Supreme Judicial Council stated that “the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faeq Zidane, received the Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations for Legal Affairs, Stephen Matthews, and the Special Adviser and Head of the International Investigation Team (UNITAD), Anna Piro.”
The statement added, "The two sides discussed issues related to the work of the UNITAD investigation team."
