The media center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement received by Al-Sumaria News, that “the President of the Baghdad Al-Karkh Court of Appeal, Judge Khaled Taha, received these data from the international investigation team, UNITAD, at the headquarters of the appeal, in the presence of the Deputy President of the Appeal, Judge Ali Hussein Jafat, the first judge of the First Al-Karkh Investigation Court.”

He added, "This data was delivered to the Supreme Judicial Council based on the Security Council resolution for the purpose of using it in the Iraqi courts, as this achievement is considered part of the frameworks of joint cooperation between the judiciary and the international investigation team."
According to the statement, the head of the appeal stressed “the necessity of continued cooperation with the UNITAD international investigation team and international organizations operating inside Iraq and providing their support to the judiciary.”
