     Confirmed member of the parliamentary finance committee Najiba Najib, on Wednesday, said the decline in world oil prices, one of the biggest obstacles to the adoption of the public budget that in 2015, indicating that a large proportion of the general budget is based on oil products.


    She said Najib told all of Iraq [where] that "there is a big gap between world prices and the prices of Iraq on the pricing of oil drums," pointing out that "the decline in the price of oil drums global prices returning to negative results and wanted Iraqi oil."


    To meet the challenge of falling oil prices, Najib stressed "the government took on two things, first the oil minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, an international tour to see the continuity of the fall in oil prices or not," adding that "the continuation of floundering oil prices will push the government to estimate the price of a barrel of oil between [ 80-85] dollars, "pointing out that" it is the second lies in the increase in oil revenues, "pointing out that" the central and southern fields produce about two and a half million barrels of oil, which do not cover expenses of the State in the future, so the government is seeking to increase production through the Kirkuk oilfields and the Kurdistan region after the initial agreement last agreement between the Governments of Baghdad and Erbil, "noting that" the export of oil from Kirkuk fields of the region, it will be through the port of Ceyhan, and then return revenues to the treasury of the federal government. "


     She Najib said that "the federal government is seeking to ensure the necessary expenses, which include employees of state salaries, specifically the military and the crowd and popular issues of displaced individuals," indicating that "the Presidency of the Council of Representatives recently approved a non-allocation of any sum of money for the expenses of non-essential, such as deputations and others." .




    The parliamentary Finance Committee, announced on Tuesday that the draft federal budget law for 2015 will reach the House of Representatives early next month, indicating that it will discuss the budget in the event of arrival of Cil.anthy
