    Confirmed in the parliamentary integrity committee member, said the budget for fiscal year 2015 is facing several challenges, including the phenomenon of corruption in state institutions.

     Alfoada pointed out that "the Iraqi economy suffers from problems so desired by all parties and political forces to find a near-term plans and other medium and long for alternatives to oil revenues, it is not possible to keep this matter indefinitely."
    He pointed to "the existence of import substitutes, but without the level of ambition and the need to develop in the future and assure everyone that the budget is going in the direction of approval and expect to vote on it next Wednesday."
    The House of Representatives has ended Monday at its second reading of the budget in 2015 after completion of the discussion by the political blocs in several previous sessions before that brought to next Tuesday.
     While granting the President of the House of Representatives Finance Committee Salim al-time opportunity to present its final report on the budget and taking into consideration the observations in the House of Representatives.
     The prime minister Haider al-Abadi was seen in 10 of the month of corruption as "a scourge not only stealing public money is, but dereliction of duty and lack of citizen service," calling at the same time, "the House of Representatives for not returning the budget to the government and to work according to his constitutional powers reduction and transfers and cooperation with the government in this regard.
