The activities of the 5th Erbil International Real Estate Investment Exhibition continue, and the exhibition is witnessing a great turnout from visitors, specialists in the field of real estate investment, and owners of industrial projects in the region, with the participation of 300 local and international companies from 15 countries, and it will continue for four days.

Exhibition Director Kuran Saad Abdullah told Al-Sabah: The exhibition is witnessing a great turnout from visitors, investors in the real estate sector, and owners of industrial companies for building materials, after the first hours of the opening of the Erbil International Real Estate Investment Exhibition in its fifth edition, with the participation of 300 local and international companies from 15 Arab and foreign countries. The exhibition, which began its work the morning before yesterday, will continue until the first of next month, and the doors of the exhibition will be open from 11 am to 7 pm.
Encourage investment
He pointed out that the exhibition, in cooperation and coordination with the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Region's Investment Authority, aims to encourage real estate investment in the region and encourage local and foreign investors to invest, display their products and businesses, and increase trade exchange in the region.

He added that real estate investment in all the provinces of the region has witnessed remarkable progress in recent years, and there has been a major change in the residential investment sector, and a clear change in the appearance of cities, noting that the region, through large industrial projects in the past period, including in the field of construction, cement and the production of reinforcing steel, has become meeting local needs and marketing the product to the rest of the country's provinces and other countries with high quality.
