[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The Iraqi-Turkish Committee held its third meeting in Ankara today, Thursday.
The Iraqi Embassy in Ankara stated in a statement: "The Permanent Joint Water Committee between Iraq and Turkey held its third meeting in Ankara, and the Iraqi side was headed by the Technical Undersecretary of the Ministry of Water Resources, Hussein Abdul Amir Bekah, and the Turkish side was headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Beris Akinci, in the presence of the Iraqi Ambassador to Ankara, Majid Al-Lajmawi."
It added that "the meeting discussed developments in the water wealth file and ways to preserve and benefit from it, and resolve issues and matters related to the water file between the two friendly countries." / End 2 [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.][/rtl]
