    BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - a coalition of state law, led by Vice President Nuri al-Maliki said that its members would vote on the law of the National Guard is formed by a mixed single-link, and oppose the trends that you want to form a guard on zonal basis.



    He said coalition member Mohammed Chihod's (IMN) said that "the position of the coalition of state law, the law of the National Guard is going to establish a national guard Mixed Iraqi army similar in terms of composition and territorial different in terms of armament is not linked to conservatives."

    Chihod He added that "a coalition of state law will not vote on the National Guard Act, which is intended founded on the basis of zonal sectarian, and that there is a private army for each province governor empowered to move", adding that "this kind of law, which some political parties seeking to pass is the beginning to divide Iraq. "



    Chihod and continued that "the State of Law coalition will vote only on the formation of Mixed National Guard of all components of the Iraqi people in the same governorate to be the only General Commander of the Armed Forces linked."



    It is scheduled to include the project of the National Guard Law on the agenda of the House of Representatives sessions schedule after the holiday to start reading and recording observations of political parties before it is submitted to a vote.

    It will be interesting to see how the Kurds vote on this since they have their own army and it is far superior to the Iraq armed forces.  A little known fact is that in the Muslim religion it is frowned upon to kill another Muslim (they consider themselves brothers) - this could be why so many in the Iraqi army are hesitant to fight - but, the Kurds don't have this problem - being another tribe, and having no love loss for the Arabs, it is war when it comes to their homeland and defending it.  ISIS is another story unto itself - they are taking their brand of Islam (the original Islam back to the homeland - they are literally carrying out the orders of Mohammad which is if "they won't submit" kill them, and it is OK to chop off heads, etc. - a horrible, and very ancient way of life.)
