    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The parliament Legal Committee ruled out the dismissed government spokesperson’s ability to regain his seat at the parliament.
    Head of the committee, MP Amir al-Kinani told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Ali al-Dabbagh’s request was submitted to the parliament’s chairmanship.”
    “The parliament permits the resigned minister or any executive to reassume his membership at the parliament on condition that his seat is still vacant, but if he was replaced by another MP, then it is difficult to withdraw the membership of that MP and give it to another MP,” he pointed out.
    Dabbagh, the head of the Efficiencies Gathering within the State of Law Coalition has forwarded a request to the parliament demanding to reassume his seat at the parliament.
