Ltd., to run the optical telephone networks in the Karkh district of the capital and the province of Wasit. "
explained the deputy minister, the" D - optic network in the Iraqi cities project needs a large field effort and alot of money is not the state can secure them now, " pointing out that the "private sector companies can get the necessary approvals by about a fast to begin work, and that red tape and the mechanism of action of the ministry and its very slow and may cause delay of the project."
the al - Bayati, that "all Iraqi cities , including districts and areas, are available for companies wishing to invest project through co - operation , "explaining that there is a " huge demand by the private sector companies to run optical network in parts of Iraq. "
