    8:08:08 03.04.2016 |(Voice of Iraq) - Orientdemanded thegovernor ofNineveh Nofal Hammadi Sultan Ministry of Water Resources , up releases Mosul dam to reduce the risks ofseparating themelting ofsnow and speed up theItalian company maintenance tasks inaccordance with thecontract. Sultan said in astatement that « in order topreserve the integrity of theMosul dam and reduce the risks as a result ofheavy rains and melting snow in such times demand theMinistry ofWater Resources toincrease thedam releases inaccordance with themaximum power allowed». He renewed his call for thegovernor ofNineveh Trevi Italian company responsible for themaintenance of the Mosul Dam to accelerate the implementation of its mandated tasks and reform of thedamage and problems suffered by thedam. He said the Sultan saidin thestatement that " the safety of the people ofNineveh, Iraq's first concerns and everyone to help him to keep the risk for them , " calling on theIraqi government and thecompany Trevi Italian to coordinate in order to speed up the reform of the first bottom gate in order to protect the Mosul dam and reduce therisks and fears of collapse as aresult of therainy instinct and melting snow. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
