    The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, on Tuesday, launching a new meal of loans for industrial services in four provinces, as shown that the number of loans in these provinces is 105 out of 500 loans launched for all of Iraq's provinces except Kurdistan region, confirmed that one of the loan value between 3-10 million dinars.
    The head of the department to support small income-generating projects in operation and loans department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Atef Ahmed Abdul Amir said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The Loan Fund Management in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has allocated $ 5 billion dinars Industrial Services."
    Abdul Amir said that "the number of beneficiaries of this loan projects amounting to 500 projects and all the provinces exhausted their share of loans with the exception of four provinces namely Babylon and Karbala, Wasit and Dhi Qar."
    An official at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs said that "the fund management decided to open a credit for the four provinces as of Sunday, July 10 until July 20 of this which can be extended," pointing out that the distribution of quotas was by Karbala, 30 loan, Babylon 30 loan, Wasit 22 loan and Dhi Qar 23 loan. "
    Abdul Amir pointed out that "the presentation will be to hold a license to practice from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs as well as to some of the points and the edge", explaining that "the value of the loan will range from 3-10 million dinars with the deduction of 3% administrative wages."
    Abdul Amir said he "will be awarded to the beneficiary-year permit is installment amount to a 5 payments spread over five years," he said, adding that "the number of loans that the fund granted since 2015 until now amounted to 250 loans in Baghdad and the provinces with the exception of the Kurdistan region."
    Abdul Amir pointed out that "the ministry recovered about 9 billion dinars from the meal No. 15 with the recovery of six billion dinars from the meal 16," explaining that "the ministry recover every two or three months about five billion
