The Minister of Labour on the importance of the development of micro-credit program to suit the establishment of industrial projects to encourage the private sector and reduce the unemployment rate, it came during a meeting with the President of the Iraqi Federation of Industries in his office at the ministry on Sunday 17 - July --2,016.

The Iraqi Federation of Industries professional organization economic development was founded in 1956, making it one of the oldest representative organizations of the private industrial sector and subject Union to the provisions of Law No. 52 of 1956 and there have been several amendments, most recently the enactment of Law No. 34 of 2002 in force and manages the Union Board of Directors shall supervise all technical, administrative and financial activities, and it aims to activate the role of the private, mixed and cooperative sectors to take its role in supporting the national economy and increase investment and the elimination of unemployment.
