    For his part, the governor of Salah Din Ahmed Abdullah al - Jubouri, in a statement received (range Press) copy of it, that " the 1500 IDP families arrived at the Baiji to this day , " and urged the Health Ministry to "lend a helping hand and provide medical services to these families tired of hunger, thirst and injustice (Daash)."

    for his part, Mayor Baiji Mohamed Mahmoud said in an interview (long - Presse) that "6000 displaced families from spend Sharqat, (120 km north of Tikrit) and other regions arrived at the camps for displaced people in the district of Baiji, (40 km north of Tikrit) , "noting that" this number significantly above our means especially that the government support is still modest compared to the size of the case. " 
    He added Mahmoud, said : " Three women Varguen life of thirst and starvation, as well as for cases of births in poor hygienic conditions , "adding," these signs of a humanitarian tragedy requires both domestically and internationally , particularly effort and we are waiting for other waves of displacement.     the security forces are now preparing for the Liberation of Sharqat and other areas south of Kirkuk and west ,including Hawija (55 km west of Kirkuk city), from (Daash) which occupied two years ago, which led to theexodus towards the areas controlled by the security forces areas.
