    A member of the parliamentary committee on foreign relations, Mithal al-Alusi that there is a civil agencies in the world where international experts in exposing corruption and stolen money there.
    Alusi said Iraq has no treaties with certain countries in order to contract with them in bringing in experts or exchange of investigators to uncover corruption and money since 2003, and stolen from him so far.
    Alusi said there is an important question if there is a foreign investigator to reveal the corruption Is it right to give an order on the arrest warrant accused of corruption and muggers.
    He said al-Alusi said the companies are working against the expensive funds may be know to the pressure of international mafias, noting that Iraq exhibition of interventions in foreign intelligence and international mafias may be under the hood of these companies.
    The office of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, announced Thursday (11 August 2016), Iraq signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations to engage in international investigators "major corruption files."
