    Rafidain Bank, announced on Thursday, for the failure to extend the employee whose age does not exceed 50, an advance ten million dinars, while the condition of owning employee smart card "activated" for the loan.
    Rafidain Bank said in a statement received (range Press), "The names of the employees covered by an advance ten millions are to have a smart card and enabled to receive salary, and non-holders of loans or advances previously."
    He added that the bank "among other conditions to get this advance payment that does not exceed the age of the employee (50 years)," adding that "the ministry is lagging repay previous debt will be covered by these advances."
    The Rafidain Bank announced on Sunday, (second from October 2016), the launch of an advance 10 million dinars for state employees during the current week, as he emphasized that he will begin to consider staff requests submitted via the website needed to take.
    It is noteworthy that the Integrity Committee in the House of Representatives announced that, in the (25 September 2016), the staff advances worth 10 million dinars will be launched next week, and as revealed they will be spent through the card of "Ki-Card", stressed the conversion of some ministries loans on the Rasheed Bank .

    announced the Rafidain Bank, on Thursday, did not include employees who are aged over 50 years of 10 million dinars , an advance. 
    According to a statement of the bank, "Nur News" received a copy of it, that " the employees covered by an advance of 10 million dinars are to have a card smart and enabled to receive a salary, and have no predecessor or former loans. " 
    He noted that" among other conditions for this advance that the employee 's age does not exceed 50 years , "noting that" the ministry is lagging would be covered by these advances. " 
    the Ministry Finance, agreed in the (September 2016 18), to launch a personal advances to employees amounting to 10 million dinars, according to the guidelines and instructions.
