announced the legal committee member of the parliamentary Salim Chawki, Wednesday, all options to resolve Referred to retire employees who serve less than 15 years the problem, noting that among these options to give them a reward as the end of service.
He said Shawki in an interview with Alsumaria News " The draft law amendment to the uniform Code of retirement stipulated a prerequisite that there be a service of not less than 15 years and be age 50 for voluntary retirement, "noting that" retirement is compulsory for people who are 63 years of age. "
He said Shawki that "there is a legal problem in the bill is a lot of staff in the self - financing of those firms did not speak to serve 15 years was stopped all their dues pension."
He pointed Shawki that " the Committee in the process of finding a legal way out of this problem, which is either returned to their job assigned to complete years of service , or give them a financial reward as the end of service or any other decision. "
the cabinet approved, on 19 April, on the second draft amendment to the law of the unified Retirement Law No. (9) for the year 2014, and to submit it directly to the House of Representatives.
