    [ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The heads of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafary stressed that “Exempting Iraq from the UN Charter’s Seventh Chapter is a national achievement.”[/ltr]
    [ltr]The UN Security Council had voted on relieving Iraq from the UN Charter’s seventh Chapter.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Jaafary said “We would like to commend the United Nations and the Arab League’s sincere role and all the other friendly countries which stood with Iraq to exempt the country from the UN sanctions.”[/ltr]
    [ltr]“This achievement should be reflected positively on Iraq’s foreign and internal policy and all the service, investment and the other sectors,” he added.[/ltr]

    Well csd9013, it has to be the case as things have learned how to move forward since December 18th 2012 with out him. They have from I have heard not read, created a new mechanism (like amendment to the constitution) a way that encase the President is not available than a possibility a Vice can fill in as this wasn't the case before, just speculating and, again as you ask "How They Manage", controlled media, just like here in the USA. Did you ever see one report of the lifting of VII on a USA news Station or a report from a USA journalist? NO!! you didn't. Proves in reality are should to all that the Media is controlled.... ;)

    Thanks Neno for bringing that out on the controlled media. When I told friends that had invested in the dinar and told them about the lifting of 7 they say, "It's not on TV." Duh! They are controlling all of this.. tongue

    Had one tell me that Obama does not want any more opposing oppositions. I laugh when they others claim Obama as he is just a puppet but, it is true as in the ones that pull the strings, they are the ones that do not want any oppositions gaining power by money... ;)
