Proceeded Rasheed Bank, on Monday, activating the e-government citizen complaints for the service of citizens.
The bank said in a statement that "the economy News" received a copy of it, "he proceeded to activate the e-government citizen complaints for the service of citizens", adding that "comes the service based on the directives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers."
He said the bank "The service will allow the citizen easier to communicate with the bank through a private e-mail address to receive such complaints," noting that "the complaints will be sent to the relevant departments and answered cut the time specified and then sent to the citizen through his e-mail or phone number."
