(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halbusi, received Thursday, the deputy for the component Yazidi (Hussein Narmo) accompanied by survivor Yazidi (Nazdar Khader).
A statement of his office received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it, "At the beginning of the meeting Halabusi listened to a detailed explanation of the Yezidi survivor of the circumstances of kidnapping by gangs calling for the terrorist, and the crimes of genocide and abuse of women Yazidiyat.
He pointed out during the meeting "the need to redress the Yazidi component and end their suffering, stressing the efforts of the House of Representatives to approve the law of survivors Yazidiat in order to redress the negative effects of the circumstances of kidnapping, and to ensure their recovery from physical and psychological injuries and end their suffering.
The speaker called on the government to "secure the areas of the Yazidi component and rehabilitate it for the return of the displaced and to achieve stability, as well as the involvement of minorities in state institutions and their adaptation to the security establishment and benefit from their expertise and competence."
The Presidency of the Republic, sent on April 7, the bill Yazidiat survivors to the House of Representatives for the purpose of discussion and approval.
The draft law includes the Yazidi women who were abducted by the Da'ash terrorist gangs after 10/6/2014 and then released, and aims to compensate the survivors financially and morally, rehabilitate them and provide them with a decent life.
