«Lukoil» injects investments worth $ 8 billion, including in Kurdistan and Basra

The head of oil company "Lukoil" Vahid Alekperov, Russian President Vladimir Putin, said that the company ended last year successfully, as it was able to stabilize its oil production.
During his review of the results of Lukoil's work for 2018, Alekperov told Putin that the company is injecting annual investments of about 500 billion rubles (about 8 billion dollars), which will ensure the growth of its reserves of crude.
On the company's offshore activities, Alekperov said Lukoil has projects in 32 countries, including one in West Africa where oil is being explored at depths of 2,000-2.5 thousand meters.
And "Lukoil" Russian company active in the field of oil headquartered in Moscow, and has projects in the province of Kurdistan, in addition to contributing to the development of the field, "Qurna 2," which is one of the largest oil fields in the world.
