Member of the House of Representatives Sarkot Shams Aldeen called for the convening of an emergency session of the House of Representatives to determine the position of Iraq from the abolition of US acquiescence of the Iranian sanctions.
He warned in an interview with "Al-Akhbar Al Akhbar" that Iraq was affected by any political and economic blockade imposed on Iran by the United States of America, as it depends on Iran in the subjects of electricity and oil saving, which foreshadows a crisis in the next few days.
He added that the failure of Iraq to abide by the sanctions could generate a political crisis with the United States can not be tolerated, calling on the House of Representatives to hold a plane to determine the position of Iraq of those sanctions and come out of a unified decision and rational solution does not affect the relations of friendship and strategic policy between all parties.
"A decision that could save Iraq from this crisis must be rational, free from any emotions, and the interest of Iraq should be above all, especially since the two sides could affect the situation in Iraq directly, in addition to our official claims that Iraq Ozar should not tolerate any conflict between the parties in the region or the implementation of the economic and political siege which could affect security and stability in Iraq.
