[size=45]There is no doubt that the projects of the Baghdad Investment Commission have become an admiration for the people of Baghdad and referred to as builders because they varied between service projects, tourism, industrial, housing, health and education. The ambition is still great for the Authority, represented by its president, Eng. Shaker Zamili, in order to make more efforts for the owners of these projects, To reach the final stage of completion of those projects, which will have a significant impact in resolving the housing crisis.
The Jewel of the Ocean project of Wadi Al-Mahabah Company for Trading and General Contracting in Al-Kadhimiya area near the northern gate of Baghdad is one of the residential projects which are supported and directly followed by Eng. Shaker Al-Zamili. The project consists of (5) buildings divided into (A, B, C) with basement, ground and six floors in addition to a commercial building.
The technical and engineering committees of the Baghdad Investment Authority have indicated the high pace of work in the project. Work on the internal finishes of building (A1, B1) has been completed. The basement of the commercial building has also been completed and work is under way to complete the construction stages of the other residential buildings. Several services including:
• central gas
• water
• 24 hour electricity
• internet
• security guards
• gardens
• large parking
• 4 lifts in each building
• fire alarm system and fire extinguishing system
