Said the leadership of the Kurdistan Alliance, Abdul Aziz Hassan Hussein, said the legal ban of the Baath Party and the issue of justice and produced a substance to them within the permanent Iraqi constitution.
Hassan In an interview with "direction," said the ninth article of the Constitution provides for the criminalization of the Baath Party and its ban on it is done according to the law, that there are some MPs from the western provinces have reservations and objections because of what he suffered some individuals from injustice.
Hassan added that the Baath ban law was voted on by the House of Representatives is likely to vote on the issue of justice and the law next week.
The House of Representatives voted on Saturday, the inclusion of Justice and Accountability Law on the agenda of the meeting Tuesday of next week.
A parliamentary source said that "the House of Representatives voted in its regular, the inclusion of accountability and justice law within the House of Representatives session scheduled agenda, on Tuesday of next week."
The source, who asked not to be named, said: "This came after intercepting Forces Union not to vote on the law."
It is said that the cabinet voted on Tuesday (February 3, 2015), the draft accountability and justice and the prohibition of the Baath Party Act.
It is often a law sparked controversy in the Iraqi political center, as already stressed Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Thursday (March 5, 2015), that the Baath "conspirator party does not work with the dialogue," noting that the Baathists who suffer the with "Daash" no place for them in Iraq.
