    The President of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim thanked the Kuwait government and people, for the role it has played in support of Iraq out of Chapter VII, after suffering lasted for years, pointing out that this role is met with great satisfaction and recognition from the Iraqi side, stressing that Kuwait supported Iraq out of crises.

     And between Hakim during a press conference, held yesterday evening Society Kuwaiti Journalists, on the sidelines of his visit to the country that the input or output of any country from Chapter VII is a complex process, requiring unanimity of the Security Council, pointing out that the Iraq of the few countries that have managed out of this item support Kuwait.
