    {Baghdad} Euphrates News announced committee of local governments in the National Alliance President Mahmoud Mulla Talal, on Wednesday, on the status of plans for the separation of powers between the governors and officials of the authorities.

    And overlapping of powers between the local governments and officials, said Mullah Talal, "We have big plans to be for each joint of security and service joints on his own, and the separation between the governor and the officials of the authorities," asserting that "the law is very great potential to resolve the issues and problems."
    He noted that " the existing slowness of some local governments, due to the weak psychologists."
    " The province of Baghdad that used the points that were given by Mr. Hakim yesterday, through the National Alliance Baghdad will be a new look."
    The National Alliance headed by Ammar al - Hakim, met yesterday with the local government in the province of Baghdad, and stressed " the need to end armed manifestations in Baghdad and restore the civilian character of the capital by reducing the checkpoints and the development of security performance and activate the intelligence effort and face kidnapping, robbery , organized crime and hit an iron fist gangs."
    He also stressed the President of the National Alliance, the need to "address the slums file , " adding that " the opening of projects will provide job opportunities and rise to infrastructure , " noting the need to end
