Activists posted on social networking sites photos and videos of coalition raids on eastern and western al-Raqqa using white phosphorus bombs.
The raids targeted areas in the western parts of the city of Al-Rigga and the area between Al-Mashlaab and Al-Sinaa neighborhoods, as well as Al-Sabahi and other areas on the outskirts of the carrot near the Euphrates River, killing 17 people, including 12 killed.
