    The Council of Ministers held its regular session Tuesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi. During the meeting, the vote on the establishment of the Iraqi-Saudi Coordination Council was held.
    A statement issued by the Office of the Prime Minister received all copies of the bill and the foreign loans on the basis of the provisions of paragraph (B / II / deficit) of the Federal Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2017 and the implementation of the provisions of Article 2 of the law The Cabinet decided to approve the issuance of bonds and foreign loans mentioned in the newspaper facts and the Federal Budget Law for the fiscal year 2017 for the purpose of enabling the negotiating delegation to complete the procedures for issuance of foreign bonds.
    The Council also voted "to approve the minutes and recommendations of the Committee formed by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 168 of 2017 on the subject of sovereign guarantees, and was voted on the draft amendment to the first law of the Ministry of Interior No. 20 of 2016.
    The Cabinet voted "on the first amendment bill to the Passport Law No. 32 of 2015, and the appeal of Article 2 of the law exempting foreign companies and foreign subcontractors contracted in the rounds of licensing rounds of fees."
    The Council also voted on the draft law to address the abuse of housing and referred to the House of Representatives, and approved the recommendations of the National Product Promotion Committee formed by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 405 of 2015 in principle.
    The statement pointed to "the vote of the Council of Ministers on the draft law of statistics and geographic information systems, which is an advanced step in the development of statistical work, as a result of the increasing role of data using advanced methods [GIS], GPS systems.
    He pointed out that "the vote on the draft law on the ratification of the United Nations Convention on transparency in the arbitration treaty between investors and States, and voted on the establishment of a plant producing edible oil."
    The Cabinet discussed the provision of electricity to water stations and issued a number of directives on the subject. He also discussed the situation of electricity in the IDP camps in Nineveh. The necessary measures were taken and the provision of electricity to citizens in all governorates was discussed, in addition to the provision of electricity in the province of Basra.
