The Council of Ministers voted Tuesday under the chairmanship of the President of the Council, Haidar Al-Abadi, to establish the economic city of Baghdad.
"The Council of Ministers held its regular session on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Speaker of the Council Haider Abadi," the statement said. "The council voted to establish the economic city of Baghdad."
The statement added that "the Council decided to set on 22-12-2018 a date for the provincial council elections, while voting on the draft instructions for the formations of the Border Ports Authority and its functions."
He added that "the Council of Ministers decided to undertake the development of Majnoon oil field giant national effort of the Basra Oil Company and the same standards and methods approved licensing companies licensing." C
