A controversial Jordanian MP, Yahya al-Saud, called on Israeli Knesset member Oren Hazan to confront him on the King Hussein Bridge on Wednesday morning.
Al-Saud responded after the Jordanian MP attacked the Jordanian MP and directed him to his house on the bridge after the celebration of the alleged "temple destruction".
A video of Al-Saoud was published on social networking sites, announcing his readiness to face Hazan, calling on "honorable Jordanians" to support him in the expected date of the standoff at 10 am today.
He said that Hazan's statements, he did not dare to express it without American support for the occupation state, stressing his desire to confront him "man to man" and in any country chooses.
He said that being attacked by a member of the tribe, who he described as a "heretical" is only a sign that "Saudi Arabia always stands with the justice of the Palestinian cause."
Diplomatic relations between Jordan and Israel witnessed unprecedented tension following the incident of the Israeli embassy and the handing over by the Jordanian authorities of the embassy guard to Tel Aviv after he killed two Jordanian citizens, causing great public anger.
