(United States: The Euphrates News) United States representative to the United Nations, Nikki Halley, rejected a presentation to her by US President Donald Trump as foreign minister.
"The US president, Donald Trump, offered her the post of US State Department," Halli told a news conference today, adding that she "rejected this offer because she considered herself unworthy of the post."
"I am very familiar with the way things are done in the Trump administration, and I think I'm not worthy of this job," she said, noting that former White House chief of staff Ryns Pripus offered her her current position, agreeing that she would be within the US Presidential Council and the National Security Council. .
"I am a political woman and I wanted to be part of the decision-making process within the White House. So when the chief of staff came to me as Washington's representative to the United Nations, I agreed on the condition that I be part of the US Presidential Council."
