    In its response to the interventions, the competent committee, taking into consideration the proposals of the deputies, demanded that the Presidency of the Council give it a two-week opportunity to present the bill to the vote. The Committee pointed out that the nomination age of 28 represents a proposal to the Council the right to accept or reject it, pointing out that the current stage requires that the member of the House of Representatives a good academic achievement up to the university certificate or the preparatory certificate according to the vote of deputies. 
    In a related context, announced the Parliament Speaker Salim Jubouri held an extraordinary session on Sunday to discuss the draft budget.
    Al-Jubouri said in a statement received yesterday evening that the draft federal budget bill for the fiscal year 2018 arrived at the House of Representatives on Wednesday evening and was referred to the Legal Committee for consideration and receipt of observations regarding it. A series of meetings will be held between the parliamentary blocs and the executive authority To discuss some paragraphs therein. "

    "Otherwise, the sessions of the House of Representatives will be boycotted for the coming days as a result of the failure to include these demands in the budget," Abadi said.
